ABOUT FOTOMISSIE

Fotomissie was founded in 2002 by photographer and concept developer Hens van Soest. Fotomissie brings language and images together. Images are memorable, and connect with our intuition, an image adds impact to words. In our culture the image is increasingly important in communication an Fotomissie uses images to help you to communicate your needs directly.

The words used by Fotomissie strengthen the image and vice versa. Sometimes a meaningful phrase, but more often a single word expands the impression of the image. Fotomissie has developed several training tools using images for coaches, trainers, teachers, managers and consultants.

Hens van Soest has worked as a lawyer, journalist, writer, career coach and product manager. Recently, she completed a three year training with Pulsar Academy studying how to bring about change in people and organizations. The scope of Fotomissie is therefore broader than pure photography and is interdisciplinary. The expertise Hens acquired in other areas is reflected in all Fotomissie’s products.
